On the road win vs. Nebraska
“I feel like we earned that win today. It's just a reflection of our hard work and just staying together as a team.”
On the arena, atmosphere in a road win
“Especially when the crowd is talking to you, you need to jaw back a little bit. That's just one of the good things about winning on the road and just one thing, a good thing about team sports and things you can do in that nature.”
On the starting five all finishing in double figures, accounting for all 83 points
“I feel like that's just a reflection of how well-rounded the team is. You know, Derik [Queen] got it going early for us and he kept it going the whole game, and [Ja’Kobi] got it going a little late. And I feel like that's just how dangerous we are as team and that's gonna take us long, take us long in March.”
On Reese’s one-handed tip pass to Queen
“I [saw] DQ, you know, cutting to – he had it going. He knew, he expected me to make that pass even if I didn't catch it. So that's just how we locked in and our chemistry on the court.”
On Queen and Reese posting double-doubles in the win
“I think we're undefeated when me and DQ [have] double-doubles…shoutout to Saint Frances.”
