Terps in the NFL: Week 15

Tarheeb Still continues to shine in Los Angeles while DJ Moore, Ty Johnson and Nick Cross continue to shine heading into the end of the 2024 regular season.

Chargers corner Tarheeb Still is tied for the most interceptions by a rookie this year after picking off his fourth against the Bucs, becoming the first Charger rookie with four interceptions in a season since 1985. He added six tackles and a pass defended in a 40-17 win by Tampa Bay.

“Every play counts. Every play matters. You never know which play is going to be [the] deciding factor in a game,” Still said after the loss. “Coach just talked about that this week and we [saw] that today. Really I would say attention to detail is everything.”

Meanwhile, Bucs’ receiver Rakim Jarrett recorded no catches.

Ty Johnson had a career day receiving against the Lions, catching five passes for 114 yards in a 48-42 win. He also carried the ball twice for nine yards, while his performance in the win marked Johnson’s first NFL career 100-yard receiving game.

DJ Moore led the Bears in catches with eight for 46 yards and had three carries for 24 yards in a 30-12 loss to the Vikings. Since starting the season 4-2 the Bears have not won a game.

Indianapolis’ playoff chances took a big hit as the Broncos scored 24 unanswered points in the second half, erasing a 13-7 Colt halftime lead. Colts’ safety Nick Cross finished with five tackles and a pass defended in the 31-13 loss. Cross is now tied with teammate EJ Speed for sixth in the league in total tackles with 130.

Thursday night was a defensive struggle as the 49ers fell to the division-rival Rams 12-6. San Francisco defensive tackle Sam Okuayinonu had two tackles.

Ravens safety Beau Brade didn’t record any stats in a 35-14 beatdown of the Giants. New York corner Deonte Banks missed his third straight game due to a rib injury.

The Browns offense struggled, scoring only seven points compared to the Chiefs 21. Offensive lineman Michael Dunn was active as a reserve.

Tennessee was outscored 24-0 in the second and third quarters and turned it over six times in a 37-27 loss to the Bengals. Titans tight end Chig Okonkwo had a career-high eight catches for 59 yards.

Jaguars safety Darnell Savage recorded five tackles and two passes defended as Jacksonville fell in a late-game shootout against the Jets 32-25.

Chad Ryland made all three of his field goals and extra points in a 30-17 Cardinal win over the Patriots. Patriots defensive lineman Yannick Ngakoue had two tackles.

Spencer Anderson and the Steelers saw their lead in the AFC North drop to one game following a 27-13 loss to the Eagles.

The Raiders lost their tenth straight game and were held under 20 points for the fifth week in a row following a 15-9 matchup against Atlanta. While Jakorian Bennett and DJ Turner are on IR, DJ Glaze was in the starting lineup on the offensive line.
